The second pillar of economic flow is poor in African economies, due to the insane race of its rulers and even its elite towards foreign investment and the consequent sell-off of its natural resources.

This program aims  to restore a base of prosperous production and service providing African entrepreneurs, on the basis of an integrated vision of African development.
