OUR STRATEGY      

Our strategy follows 7 steps:

1. Establishment of Holistic Education Academies focused on the detection and professionalization of endogenous talents in all areas of human knowledge;
2. Networking of all sectoral talents and their resources and creation of sectoral poles of advanced productivity;
3. Training-action of trades and economic operators on the tracks of the intersectoral integration scheme and internal occupation of the economic flow;
4. Promotion of endogenization actions in the main import sectors;
5. Interconnecting the different networks;
6. Creation of purchasing, conservation and processing structures;
7. The inclusion of this approach in the national vision.

 It’s a question of building the capacity of human resources to occupy all the niches of development endogenization along the lines  of the community,
