OUR VISION

Promoting self-sustaining development of the African continent through the establishment of an internal progress dynamics. This internal dynamic is based on the identification and integrated development of the human and material resources of the continent, its communities and its nations. The articulation of human and material resources provides the structural vision, that is to say the social project on which the government’s action and the capacity of political parties to govern, and the validity of the initiatives of the development actors must be judged. The final objective of the operation is economic and technological power, based on :

• the preservation and flowering of the endogenous identity and values,
• the excellence and high productivity of the country’s human resources,
• the maximum integration and value adding to the resources of the country, as well as the internal production of everyday consumer goods.

This vision is shown schematically by the intersectoral development graph. It is essential both at the community level and at that of the country, the continent and their diaspora.
